The breakfast selection offered many options. I found it acceptable.

The bathroom size proved too small, it hampered my movements. the upkeep should be improved considerably for the price i paid. the furniture seemed outdated. It showed signs of wear.

I found the staff very friendly. The rooftop restaurant included a bar, it was great. A cafe served AMAZING coffee. The hotel was impeccably clean and stylish. The decoration was tasteful. The location between the airport and central areas was really convenient for me.

I thought some more attention to the amenities in the room would be nice.

The staff offered humble, supportive service in every interaction. That was helpful. Ajay from the buffet area was very nice and offered assistance. Several members of the housekeeping team, Nilesh, Sajan, Ratan, and Shafi, were very helpful.

i appreciated the security guard, he were very good too ensure my safety (this. it is close to many restaurants, i found a favourite within walking distance. i will definitely return.

the room size was quite small considering the price i paid. i feel the hotel allowed too many people in a room that barely fits two. i also found the breakfast buffet underwhelming for the cost.

the hotel features a veranda restaurant with a beautiful ambience and a lovely vibe. records coffee shop is also available for quick bites and beverages, offering good coffee (i particularly enjoyed the selection). chef bijoy dhar and his team provide excellent cuisine.

The reception staff were cute and responsive, providing assistance whenever needed. housekeeping staff ensured rooms were cleaned well. I found shashank to be very efficient. security officers were always helpful, maintaining a safe environment for all guests.
